All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are presented as accurately as possible. Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. Product availability is not guaranteed and items may sell out without warning.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping. Orders are subject to acceptance; we may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Payment is processed at the time of order placement.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the continental United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Oversized or hazardous materials may require additional handling time and shipping charges.
5. Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for complete details, including restocking fees and non-returnable items.

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty only. Co. Design Builders LLC does not provide any additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer offers. Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer unless otherwise specified.

Co. Design Builders LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
