Do you offer contractor pricing?
Yes. Licensed contractors who order regularly can apply for a trade account with volume discounts and net-30 payment terms. Contact sales@codesignexara.store with your contractor licence number.
What brands do you carry?
We stock major professional brands including DeWalt, Milwaukee, Makita, Ridgid, Bosch, SKIL, 3M, Simpson Strong-Tie, Quikrete, Southwire, SharkBite, Behr, Rust-Oleum, Gorilla Glue, and many more.
Can I pick up my order?
We are currently an online-only operation and do not offer in-store pickup. All orders ship from our fulfillment centers.
Do you sell in bulk?
Yes. For pallet quantities or large project orders, email sales@codesignexara.store with the items and quantities you need. We provide bulk pricing quotes within one business day.
Are your products genuine/authentic?
Every product we sell is sourced directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor. All manufacturer warranties apply. We do not sell refurbished, reconditioned, or grey-market goods.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are secured with industry-standard TLS encryption.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. You can also contact us with your order number for a status update.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact us immediately at orders@codesignexara.store with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange a prepaid return and ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Do you offer warranties on tools?
All tools carry the manufacturer’s original warranty. Warranty periods and terms vary by brand. Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims, or reach out to us and we can help direct you to the right warranty department.
What is your return policy?
