Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free on orders over $150.

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Freight/LTL (large items): Items over 150 lbs or oversized items ship via LTL freight carrier. Freight quotes are provided within one business day of order placement.

Shipping Area

We ship to all 50 United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time and shipping charges. We do not currently ship internationally.

Hazardous Materials

Certain products (aerosol paints, adhesives, solvents, lithium-ion battery tools) are classified as hazardous materials and may have shipping restrictions. These items cannot ship via air and may require ground-only transport, which can increase transit times to non-contiguous states.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Track your package using the carrier’s website or contact us with your order number for updates.

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors and your building management. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 48 hours and we will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
