Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

30-Day Return Window

You may return most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: opened chemical products (adhesives, sealants, paints, stains, cement), custom-cut materials, clearance or final-sale items, and items showing signs of use, installation, or damage not caused in shipping.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to returns of power tools, large equipment, and bulk orders exceeding $500. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and inventory processing.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a prepaid return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice. No restocking fee applies to defective or damaged returns.

How to Return

Email orders@codesignexara.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions within one business day. Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
